Maid for the Rock Star by Demelza Carlton is a fun book to read. It is Book 1 of the Romance Island Resort series. I gave it five stars.

Jason Felix, Jay, is a twenty-five year old rock star who feels he's too young to retire. His stepsister is Jo.

Audra was assigned the VIP area for the first time. The rules of the resort prohibit personal interaction with the residents, yet Jay is determined to have his way with Audra.

Penny, a co-worker kept taunting Audra about having sex with Serge or the VIP. Audra was ready to punch her or rip out her hair. Penny was having a go at the chef & she judged everyone by her own standards.

I received a complimentary copy from the author. That did not change my opinion for this review.
