It Was Me All Along: A Memoir
I received a free kindle copy of It Was Me All Along by Andie Mitchell, published by Crown Publishing from NetGalley in exchange for a fair review. I gave it four stars.
It is a bittersweet memoir of Andie Mitchell in her painful journey from being morbidly obese, traveling to Rome, learning a new way of eating & living & coming to terms with the knowledge that it was she who held the fork all along.
Anyone who has battled weight can relate to the highs & lows of this book. Weight management at best is difficult. Combined with life's struggles, it sometimes seems impossible.
Join Andie in her trip through the ups & downs in her weight.
