I received a free kindle copy of Virtually Scared To Death (Julia Blake Cozy Mystery Book 1) by Gillian Larkin from Amazon for fair review. I gave it four stars.Julia Blake runs her own cleaning service. One of her clients, Mark Castle is a video game designer. He shares the one he's working on with her to see whether she liked it. Before she receives it, she found Mark lying on the floor dead with an awful expression on his face. The week prior he had asked her if she'd ever seen or heard ghosts.
As a friend as well as a cleaning lady, she wants to help find out what happened to Mark. One of the investigators suspects her because she had ready access to his apartment. Will she be arrested? Can she solve what they now know was a murder? Can she solve it before the murderer attempts to kill her?
This is a short one, but it did keep my attention. That's why it received four stars.
