I received a free kindle copy of The Face Transplant by R. Arundel & published by CreateSpace from NetGalley in exchange for a fair review. I gave this fast paced, high intrigue thriller five stars.

I could not put it down. I spent a sleepless night hoping that Dr. MacCauley would survive the attempts to discredit him & frame him for several murders. The techniques of the actual face transplant could be a dream come true for those with a facial injury. However the legal & moral issues of this surgery had political & military applications.

Can his reputation be restored? Will he survive the attempts on his life?
