Run, Run, as Fast as You Can (Emma Frost Book 3) by Willow Rose is a riveting book. I couldn't read it fast enough. I gave it four stars because there were numerous typos or incorrect words used.
Simone Beaumont's life changed forever by a chance meeting in a parking lot on cold, gray day in November. She was a member of the same mother's group as Emma's friend Sophia.
Morten Bredballe, of the Norby Police, is leaving the author, Emma Frost's house and unexpectedly hugs her. "He looked into my eyes. 'I have baffled you, haven't I?'
'Slightly...but not in a bad way,' I said. 'I like being baffled.'
Officer Morten chuckled. 'Life is short, you know?'
I smiled. 'Life is short and one should be baffled every now and then.'"
I look forward to reading the next book about Lisa Rasmussen in Rock-a-bye Baby.
I received a complimentary Kindle copy in an Amazon promotion. That did not change my opinion for this review.
