I read it as a nighttime story for my favorite boy child. He giggled & mimicked the actions in the book throughout the reading.
It's cleverly written with appropriate rhyming. The illustrations are downright cute with rosy cheeks on face & butt.
This tale is of a little boy who discovers the crack in his butt. He wonders how it could have happened. He searches for a way to get a new one. The ideas & pictures are appealing.
Here's the only quote I'll share:
"No...I think it's all too late
This cracked butt is my fate."
The repetitive mention of 'butts' & 'farts' would make this book NOT for you if your household is a stickler for good manners or mentions of gastric emissions.
If not, this is rollicking good fun to read & share.
